The ICA 2007 includes new provisions which have implications for the regular work of the Organization. Preparations to implement the new Agreement are outlined in document WP-Council 162/08. As noted by the Council at its special Session on 25 January 2008, Members were invited to send the Executive Director their suggestions and contributions to assist in the preparation of draft documents in writing by 29 February 2008.
The new draft strategic action plan, draft terms of reference for new bodies (Consultative Forum on Coffee Sector Finance, Promotion and Market Development Committee, Projects Committee and Finance and Administration Committee) and proposals for revisions to the Rules of the Organization and the Financial Regulations and Financial Rules were circulated to Members in April 2008 and can be downloaded from the documents section of the website at the following link:
