Trade Statistics - August 2019

• World coffee exports amounted to 10.45 million bags in August 2019, compared with 10.88 million in August 2018.
• Exports in the first 11 months of coffee year 2018/19 (Oct/18 to August/19) have increased by 9.2% to 120.28 million bags compared to 110.16 million bags in the same period in 2017/18.
• In the twelve months ending August 2019, exports of Arabica totalled 83.56 million bags compared to 75.29 million bags last year; whereas Robusta exports amounted to 46.31 million bags compared to 43.61 million bags.
