The Global Coffee Forum (GCF) was held on 30 September and 1 October 2015 in the Auditorium of the Stella Polare Conference Centre of Fiera Milano. It was organised by the International Coffee Organization in conjunction with the Italian Government’s Ministry of Agriculture and Forest Policy, the Italian Coffee Committee, EXPO Milan 2015 and Fiera Milano, with the support of Italy’s leading coffee companies.

This year we chose a very special theme for this year’s celebrations: ‘Women in Coffee’. Women play as important a role in the whole of the coffee chain as men, from planting the seeds to processing to trading to brewing… and drinking it.
